Cobb, a compliance administrator in the university's Office of Research Compliance, and other “contestants” answer questions about what they learned from their experience in the . LEAP is designed to enhance professional skills by providing advanced training and direct, practical work applications for employees identified through a competitive nomination and selection process. Consisting of 11 sessions over an eight-week period, the program gave participants the opportunity to meet with campus and community experts and to expand their knowledge about the university's goals and priorities and those of its departments.
