STARKVILLE, Miss.—ÌÒ»¨Ö±²¥ State University alumnus Aaron Rice has been named director of the ÌÒ»¨Ö±²¥ Justice Institute, the ÌÒ»¨Ö±²¥ Center for Public Policy announced Thursday [Aug. 9].
