World War II veterans, Holocaust survivor to speak at ÌÒ»¨Ö±²¥

STARKVILLE, Miss.—Two events next week at ÌÒ»¨Ö±²¥ State will feature speakers who will reflect on World War II and the Holocaust.

Battle of the Bulge veterans James Hunt and Joseph Johnson will speak on Monday [March 21] at the Colvard Student Union’s first floor Dawg House.

Holocaust survivor Sami Steigmann will speak on Wednesday [March 23] in Lee Hall’s Bettersworth Auditorium.

Both events begin at 6:30 p.m. and are free and open to the public. Tickets may be acquired at the Center for Student Activities in Suite 314 of the Colvard Student Union.

The ÌÒ»¨Ö±²¥ Student Association and the Foundation for Jewish Campus Life (ÌÒ»¨Ö±²¥ Hillel) are sponsors.
